The promoter is Tend Health Limited (Tend), and the sponsor is Kiwibank Limited.
The prize draw period:

The prize draw period will commence on 1 August 2025 at 9am and end on 17 August 2025 at 11.59pm. Any entries received after 11.59pm on 17 August 2024 will not be included in the prize draw.
2.
The prize draw consists of ten (10) Prezzy cards, each valued at $1,000 NZD (each a 'Prize'). The intention is for winnings to be put towards the winners’ health and wellness to make them better off.
3.
The prize draw will take place on 18 August 2025. The winners will be the first ten valid entries randomly drawn by Tend from the eligible entry pool, as supervised by a third party.
To be eligible for the prize draw:

You must be a New Zealand resident, aged 18 years or over.
5.
This prize draw is open to Kiwibank employees and contractors who are otherwise eligible under clause 4.
6.
To enter participants must complete Tend’s general women’s health quiz.
7.
Employees, brand ambassadors and other personnel of Tend Health Limited and related entities are not eligible for the prize draw.
8.
There’s a maximum of one entry per person, all duplicate entries will be void.
9.
The prize is limited to one per person.
The prize draw:

Tend will notify the winners by email to the email address related to the entry. A prize winner will need to supply a New Zealand postal address for the prize to be sent to within 48 hours of being emailed otherwise a replacement winner will be drawn.
11.
In the event that Tend is unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of the prize draw, Tend may draw a replacement winner on the same terms as the original prize draw.
12.
The winner can choose a digital or physical Prezzy card. Digital Prezzy Cards will be sent to the winner’s email address. Prezzy Card will send physical cards to a New Zealand postal address provided by the winner. Tend does not accept responsibility for Prezzy Cards lost in the mail and no new prize will be issued.
13.
No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. No compensation will be payable and Tend and Kiwibank shall not be responsible for any loss if for any reason the winning entrant is unable to use the Prize.
14.
Tend will ask the winners for details on what they intend to use the Prize for and how this relates to their health and wellness. If provided, Tend may publish this along with a photo and first name of the winner in any promotional material regarding Women’s Health Week.
15.
All decisions made by Tend and Kiwibank are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tend and Kiwibank, or any other person or party associated with this prize draw shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this prize draw or with any prizes offered.
17.
Tend and Kiwibank will collect and use entrants’ personal information in accordance with their privacy policies, available on their websites.
18.
These terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law.

The prize draw period:
1. The prize draw period commenced on 26 June at 9am and ends on 1 August 2025 at 11.59pm. Women’s Health Week events registered during this period will be eligible for the prize draw. Any entries received after 11.59pm on 1 August 2025 will not be included in the prize draw.
2. The prize consists of $1,000 NZD. The intention is for winnings to be put towards the winner’s choice of a cause or charity related to women’s health.
3. The prize draw will take place on 11 August 2025. It will be livestreamed on Tend’s Facebook page at the “Your health matters: A night for our wāhine” event at Skycity in Auckland. The winners will be the first valid entry randomly drawn by Tend from the eligible entry pool, as supervised by a third party.
To be eligible for the prize draw:
4. You must be a New Zealand resident, aged 18 years or over.
5. This prize draw is open to everyone, including Tend Health Limited (Tend) employees, brand ambassadors, contractors and other personnel who are otherwise eligible under clause 4.
6. To enter participants must register an event for Women’s Health Week at https://www.womenshealthweek.nz/submit-your-event and hold the event as advertised.
7. Both private and public events are eligible for the prize.
8. There’s a maximum of one entry per person, all duplicate entries will be void.

10. Tend will notify the winner by email to the email address related to the entry. The prize winner will need to reply to the email within 72 hours of being emailed otherwise a replacement winner will be drawn.
11. The prize of $1000 NZD will be paid by Tend into the winner’s nominated bank account after the registered event has taken place. In the event that the registered event does not take place, Tend will draw a new prize winner.
