Event description

Join Annie Crombie for an informative and empowering session on intimate health through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. This is a welcoming, judgement-free conversation about a topic that affects so many women but still isn't talked about often enough.

You'll learn how hormonal changes can affect vaginal and urinary health, why pH balance matters, and the practical things you can do to support comfort, hydration and confidence along the way.

You'll leave with a better understanding of your body, evidence-based information, and practical options to help improve both your intimate health and your wider menopause experience.
