Welcome to Stretchy! 🧘‍♀️

Stretchy Yoga is an Auckland-based yoga community of casual practice, coffee and chats ☕️

‍
We're like a run club, for yoga. This event will be lead by a Stretchy affiliated yoga teacher, offering a practice to connect with yourself.
‍

Followed by an element of social connection as we "Stretch Socially" at Holy Shot Espresso for coffee (Pay your own way).
‍

From beginners to yoga teachers, all ages, every body welcome. Always.

So here’s to the new highlight of your week ☀️

Parking:

Easiest parking on The Strand (free before 8am). Then enter through the back of The Commons to find Roam Movement Studio. Coffee follows at Holy Shot Espresso on Hurstmere Road.

OBGYN Dr Olivia is an advanced laparoscopic surgeon with a focus on women’s health, particularly endometriosis, vulvo-vaginal disorders, and colposcopy. Trained in the UK and NZ, she has introduced new techniques for treating painful sexual intercourse.

Dr. Alex Lafaele

Dr. Alex is a Tend GP completing her fellowship with the RNZCGP with extensive experience focusing on improving health access for Māori and Pasifika communities. She also holds post-graduate qualifications in contraception and pregnancy care.
