About the host:

Rochelle Vranjes Marreiros

Rochelle Vranjes Marreiros is a certified nutrition coach, founder of wholefood hormone health supplement Seed Cycle Blend and host of the newly launched ‘Being Hormonal’ podcast.

She is a business woman and founder helping women to love their cycles instead of loathing them.

She has worked in the Women's Health space across the marketing and design side of holistic beauty, wellness and nutrition for over 10 years. And certified as a Nutrition Coach through the Food Matters Institute. She has been trained by practitioners like Dr Libby Weaver, Dr Joe Dispenza and Dr. Mark Hyman.
