Learn practical ways to prevent injury and manage your training load with physiotherapist Ele Tait from Mountside Physio.
Wednesday 12 August
10:00am - 10:30am
Event description
Whether you're training for something specific or just want to keep moving well, staying injury-free is what keeps you going. This session covers practical strategies to help you prevent injury and manage your training load effectively.
We'll talk through how to balance training and recovery, how to recognise the early signs of overload before they become a problem, and how factors unique to women, such as hormonal changes across the lifespan, can influence performance, recovery and injury risk.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of how to look after your body and keep doing the activities you love.
