Celebrate NZ Women’s Health Week with a powerful morning created for wāhine who give a lot - and are finally ready to refill their own cup.

This isn’t your average women’s event. We’re cutting through the noise to talk about what really matters: burnout, boundaries, balance, and the breakthroughs that happen when women are given space to breathe again.

Join hosts Melissa Frerk and Karin Horen as they guide honest kōrero, a dynamic panel, and an interactive reset session designed to reconnect you with yourself — and each other.

• A real-talk panel with four powerhouse wāhine
• Insights on stress, resilience, self-leadership, and women’s wellness
• A hands-on mini workshop to help you shift from survival mode to reset

If you’re driving in, the best place to park is The Civic Car Park – it’s just across the road and only a couple minutes’ walk to the venue.

Street parking is limited in this part of the city, so we’d recommend using one of the parking buildings if you’re not getting dropped off.
