Event description

Every menopause journey is different, so this session is all about your questions. Join Dr Linda Dear from MenoDoctor for a relaxed, interactive webinar where she'll answer the questions women are really asking about perimenopause and menopause.

Whether you're wondering about hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone, brain fog, sleep, weight changes, intimacy, mood, hot flushes or anything in between, this is your chance to hear evidence-based answers from a menopause specialist. No topic is too awkward or too embarrassing to ask.

To help shape the session, email your questions in advance to powerwithpause@gmail.com. These will be discussed anonymously during the webinar. As this is a webinar, attendees won't see each other's names or cameras, so it's a comfortable and private space to learn. If time allows, you'll also be able to submit questions during the session via the webinar chat, visible only to the presenters and organisers.

This is a safe, supportive space to ask the questions you've always wanted answered, and leave feeling informed, empowered and reassured.

This event is brought to you by Power Pause.
