Looking for friendly faces, good company and a warm cuppa? ☕️

Selwyn Centres and Elder Care Centres offer a welcoming weekly get-together for people aged 65 and over.

Hosted in local Anglican parish halls and open to all cultures and faiths, each session includes:

  • Gentle exercise
  • Fun social activities
  • Morning tea
  • Practical advice and support

Some Centres also offer lunch or transport for a small additional fee or donation.

Whether you're living alone or simply looking for new connections, these sessions provide a relaxed way to catch up with friends – old and new – in your community. Staying socially connected is proven to support better health and wellbeing, so come along and see what it’s all about.
